Triangular volume core

◪Stable supply of world-class quality oriented silicon steel sheet materials (Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Nippon Steel NSC, Kawasaki JFE, Pohang POSCO, and Akeko AK).

◪0.23, 0.27mm high magnetic induction Hi- B silicon steel sheet, 0.35, 0.5mm non-oriented high magnetic induction low iron loss silicon steel sheet.

◪The core is arranged in a triangle, there is no air gap in the core magnetic circuit, and the winding is more tight. The three magnetic circuits have the same length and are the shortest. The curved strip is wound on a professional three-dimensional core machine. The cross section of the iron core is close to a   circle, which can save material, improve performance, reduce noise, and balance three phases. While these advantages are concentrated on a transformer of a structure at the same time, they are not possessed by transformers of other structures.
