UPVC plastic corrugated roofing tile

Plastic roofing (PVC ROOF & ASA ROOF) provide a clean, quick and economical installation

and resists excessive elongation and sheet deformation during installation.

 Features
1) Heat and sound insulation. The 3-layer structure, modified UPVC material and the Polymer reinforcement fibrous material ensure the insulation effect.
2) UV resistance. Add the UV absorption additives to absorb the UV.
3) Acid and alkali resistance. The surface UPVC is stable and does not react with the acid and alkali.
4) Waterproofing and fireproofing. It meets the national B1 grade.

Cautions: 
*Mind the sharp edge of the sheets in case of any injury.
*Please use a fine -toothed saw to cut the sheet.
*Do not fix screw sets too tight because the sheets will expand with heat and contract with cold. Otherwise, noise might occur when the sheet shrink due to low temperature.
*Screw sets must be fixed at the peak position of the sheets to avoid any leakage.
*The sheets must be installed starting from the opposite direction of local wind direction.
*Can drill hole with hand drill or power drill. When drilling, the sheet should be supported in the bottom side to prevent swaying, and the hole diameter should be 2.0mm bigger than screw. 
*When fixing screws, special rubber mat should be placed under the tile, and the screws should be properly fasten and should not be too tight.
*The frame structure can be steel or wood as purines. Purlins require to be neat, parallel and evenly spaced without deforming.
*Purlins distance is related with temperature of the building, the higher temperature, the shorter distance of purlins. 
*Two waves for crosswise lap joint while lengthwise lap joint should be respectively more than 15cm of the each end.
