Another kind of magnetic switch is the proximity switch, gate magnetic switch, also called induction switch in the market. It has a dry open mold and is a plastic shell of standard size. It fills the reed tube. In the black case, the wire leads out and the other half of the plastic case with a magnet is fixed at the other end. When the magnet is close to the switch with a wire, it sends out a switch signal. Generally, the signal distance is 10 mm. Another kind of magnetic switch is to set one or more magnetic reed switches in a sealed metal or plastic pipe, then run the pipe through one or more floating balls with annular magnets inside, and use fixed rings to control the position of the floating ball and the magnetic reed switch, so that the floating ball can float up and down in a certain range. Using the magnet in the float ball to attract the contact of the reed switch, the action of opening and closing is produced. |
