How about the installation of the VR flight simulator?
When pack the machine, we will try to pack it in whole set to reduce the installation work. At the same time, we will give Enlish manuals and videos to teach how to install the machine. Generally, when buyer receive it, only need to take it out from the plywood case, strip off the bubble film and then can plug the electric power to use it. If still have problems about the installation, our technician can also teach throught online videos of whatsapp, wechat, skype...
We can also send our technician to buyer's city to help install the machines. But the buyers must pay for the round way airtickets, arrange for local accommodations, transportation and food.
How do we provide after sales service if there is problem with the machine?
1. If there is problem, please take clear pictures, video to show it. Then our technician will have a intial judge. We install remote control software on our machines. If needed, you can connect the machine with wifi and open the remote control software. Then our technician can check and solve the problems by remote control.
2.We provide with one year's warranty. Within one year, we will help solve the problem for free. Beyond warranty, some basic cost fee maybe charged.
