WB-5 Auto Flip Tape Edge Machine
This mattress machine is maninly used for taping edge of mattress panel and soft cushion.
Features
1. The operation can be handled by one person, the operator no need to walk around the mattress, nor to manually flip the mattress, improving the production efficiency
2. When the mattress is turned over, no need to manually push or pull the mattress around, effectively reducing the labor intensity of the operator;
3. PLC program control, full touch screen operation, simple interface operation, easy to use
4. Automatic turning at corner. The sewing head will speed down automatically when turning the corner, automatically lifting, automatically reset, effectively improve the sewing quality.
5. Both the angle and height of the head is adjustable, to adapt to different height of mattresses.
6. Applicable to mattress thickness 60mm-450mm, wide application and no need to adjust the press arm structure, save time
