Good quality zippers are very important when attaching and detaching your optional wall coverings and prints. YKK zippers allow access from both sides.

Zig Zag Stitching
Zig-zag stitching is used across the board as standard on our marquees to increase lifespan and ensuring panels cannot seperate.
Strong PVC Base
To prevent any potential damage from rough surfaces all our inflatable marquees are re-enforced with durable PVC on the base of the legs.
Overflow Valve
To prevent over inflation all our inflatable marquees include a pressure sensitive overflow valve so you can set it to inflate without worry

Dongguan Kaicheng Outdoor Products Co., ltd was founded at 2006. Short name is KCCE, "K" is for Kaicheng, "C" is for CREATIVE, "C" is for CHINA, "E" is for EVENT.
It is now embraced 8000 square meter of factory scale, around 100 workers and over 100 various producing machines.

Printing is a very important step of our inflatable event products.
hot transfer printing is good for complicated images.
80% of KCCE products are printed. like inflatable furniture covers, inflatable tent canopies and walls, inflatable arches, inflatable tubes.
Hot Transfer Printing
Hot transfer printing is suitable for multiple colors and complicated images.
KCCE has 6 printers and 2 transfering matchines.
KCCE daily production ability is 800 meters of printing.
Leg frames details and advantages
1. Leg Febric:
a.Customized fabric, industrial silk , it will be more strength than other suppliers.
b.Flame retardant,passed USA standard CAPI-84 and UK standard CS5438
c.The sewing is with one straight seam and two zigzag seam together.
d.Each seam with reinforcement glue tape, it can protect the seams parts and reduce the friction from TPU and leg fabric
2.The TPU bladder of Leg inner:
a.Polyester TPU, it is enviroment-friendly and hydrolyze polyester, it can suffer more times of water corrode
b.TPU thickness is 0.3mm, it is good airtightness, and it can reduce the air leaking.
c.The TPU shape is hose, it can reduce the welding process, then it can ensure the airtightness
e.it can bear the temperature (-30°C~40°C).

1.Canopy & walls Fabric:
a.we use 400D heat resistance fabric. it is better strength.

2.The stitching technology for canopy
a.Each seam with waterproof glue strip to confirm it can be used in rain weather.
b.For the zipper cover of canopy, it is with a elastic strip inside.
c.For the walls, it can be reversible, so it is possible to show the logo from inside or outside as you need.
