1. Are you factory/manufacturer or trading company?
We are not only a factory/manufacturer but also a trading company of pet products with over 10 years experience offline. We have our own factory and cooperate with other factories.
You can get lower price but higher quality pet product here!
2. I wonder if you accept small orders?
Please contact us freely no matter how many quantity of product you want, we will try our best to get the most competitive prices for you.
3. Can you do OEM/ ODM?
Any kind of OEM/ODM orders are warmly welcome, just advise us your design or ideas, we will arrange the approval samples for you in the shortest time.
4. Can you supply samples?
Yes, we can. But the sample fee and shipping cost should be paid by your side. Please note that the sample fee can be returned back to you if the order confirmed within one month.
5. What is the shipping way?
For samll quantity order, we can send them to you by carrier, such as DHL, Fedex and UPS and so on, we have a long-term cooperation with them. If the oder quantity is large, we will send them to you by sea, and you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
