YAT Series is high performance quality toe puff and counter material used in all kinds of footwear. YAT Series is thermoplastic material, which give flexible to firm back part and resilient to box toe puff with excellent top-line and last shape retention. The raw material use is formulated to provide excellence resilient and good open time.

Cutting : Cut in shape horizontally.
Skiving : Use traditional skiving machine, lubricant or dripping can be use due to skiving process.
Forming : Activation Temperature : 80-100℃ according to the thickness of the article.
Activation Time : 15-20 Seconds
Temperature : 0-4℃
Molding Time : 15-20 Seconds
