YT-935 Special Sealant for Point-Supported Glass Curtain Wall
1.Characteristics:
. YT935 is a kind of one-component acid solidifying high performance silicone sealant with high strength,fast solidification,semitransparent and no discoloration.
. Good for the adhesion of glass and ceramics.
. Good anti-aging property.
. Outstanding anti-high temperature property change in property is little within the scale of -40℃~150℃.

6.Restriction of Usage:
YT935 Point-supported Glass Curtain Wall Sealant cannot be used in the following situations:
. Hidden or Semi-hidden Framing Glass Curtain Wall
. All materials that may exude oil and fat, plasticizer or solvent.
. Closed places.
. Frosting or wet surface.
. Continuous water soaking places or places that are wet all the year round.
. Fixation of metallic coated glass.
. Places contacting with alkaline matters as marble and granite stone etc..
. Construction should not be carried out in case the surface temperature of the materials is under 4℃ or over 40℃.

9.Safety:
The product is nontoxic after solidifying completely.Touch with the eyes should be avoided before solidification.In case this happens, please wash the eyes with water and go to the doctor for help;Children should be kept away from the un-solidified product.Low molecular compounds may be released during the solidification of silicone sealant, thus attention in ventilation should be paid in the construction and solidification areas with a view to avoid negative effects to human body caused by these compounds for over high concentration.
10.Estimation of Dosage:
Remark:The actual dosage of silicone sealant may be different from interface design, installation place of gasket material, dressing technology and amount of wastage on site.
Please refer to Table 1 for the estimated dosage of YT935 special point-support curtain wall sealant needed by various specification interfaces.

11.Time for Solidification:
Solidification reaction begins from the surface to the inside once YT935 is extruded and contacts with the air.The surface dry time is about 30 min and the greatest adhesive strength would appear after 21 days after it is completely solidified.
