For packaging of sensitive contents such as hair dye, aluminum collapsible tubes are strongly recommended. Aluminum tubes are 100% recyclable and environment friendly. Aluminum metal forms an impermeable barrier to keep contents fresh and intact. It significantly protects the contents against external contamination so as to ensure a long shelf life.
To reach optimal protection, internal varnish is to be applied to the tube wall inside. The material used in varnish coating is USFDA approved. With proper protection, aluminum tubes can be corrosion free.

▼ Many hair dye products contain materials sensitive to oxygen and moisture. It is suggested that internal varnish be applied to the tube so that it separates contents from aluminum.
▼ Multiple tube sizes are available from Xin Yi. Common sizes for hair colorant products are 75 ml, 90 ml, and 100 ml.
