● Fastest gluing speed should be 110m/min, which improves productivity greatly.
● The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen and Button for controlling.
● Paperboard feeding, gluing, folding, adjusting, counting and stacking can be done automatically.
● Feeding unit designed with vacuum suction, and adopted leather belt for paperboard delivery.
● It equipped creasing and re-creasing function in order to be even more accurate when folding.
● Automatic DUAL SQUARER, lower defective rate.
● Improving folding accuracy if happen paper skew through differential adjusting function. Scissors shape tail could not happen.
● Automatic accounting, squaring then stacking. All cartons can be piled up according to a certain quality. Pre-set the producing quantity is available.
● There is a space for temporary storage and squarer after folding and gluing, to ensure the cartons well-glued and fixed.
● Gap adjustment is manually controlled and with dial show.

●All rubber rollers are using domestic famous brand.
●We use stainless steel glue wheel to save glue and long life using.
Storage SQUARER Unit - With Temporary Storage and SQUARER system
●Buffering deck is added to stack carton, short time storage for making box gluing well.
●The guide for squaring the box to ensure the cartons well-fixed.
●Heavy wind from the blower to avoid the carton skipping out, and store well.
●Available for feeding BENT paperboard.
●Clutch and break function adopted in feeding unit, enable to feed paper or stop seperately, easy to operate and control.
●Right / Left side guide are manually adjusted.
●Available for matching in-line with Automatic Strapping Machine.
●Belts tightness can be adjusted.
