Hydralic Automatic Counting Paper Stacker

The whole process of the cardboard accumulation is done automatically by the control system. The conveyor speed of the cardboard can be adjusted according to the production requirement. When this machine is working, there is a reliable safety and automatic protection device; The front section is a pneumatic elevator to control the paper receiving arm, and the rear section is a hydraulic platform to ensure the safety of production. Using the corrugated leather conveyor belt to ensure smooth delivery of paper. The sheet-conveying platform adopts new type aluminum structure to reduce weight of the machine and adjust to the convenience, which can adapt to various production requirements.

The paperboard counting mechanism constructed by the back-end paper receiving part, PLC and photoelectric switch, the counting mechanism can realize counting accurate, fast (one minute can count 150 copies), and can adapt to a two, three production requirements.

The paper stacking shelf has automatic and manual two kinds of operation mode according to the different requirements. The front-end paper receiving platform adopts pneumatic lifting structure, which is convenient for front-end print machine to dismantle and mount the templates.

Both the front-end paper receiving platform and the back-end all quipped with iron trim strip paper pressing mechanism, which can make the paperboard moved more smoothly in the process; and making the paperboard level down.
