5052 aluminum plate
The 5052 aluminum plate is an AL-Mg alloy aluminum plate. Magnesium is the main alloying element in the 5052 alloy aluminum plate. It is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The alloy has high strength, especially fatigue resistance: plasticity and corrosion resistance. High in nature, can not be heat-treated, plasticity is good in semi-cold hardening, low in plasticity during cold hardening, good in corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability and polishing.
5052 aluminum plate
The aluminum-magnesium alloy also contains a small amount of manganese, chromium, niobium, titanium, and the like. Most of the manganese in the alloy forms MnAl6 except for a small amount of solid solution. In the 5052 aluminum plate, the effect of chromium is similar to that of manganese, which improves the resistance to stress corrosion cracking, improves the strength of the base metal and weld, and reduces the tendency of weld cracking, but its content generally does not exceed 0.35%.
