Product summary
Application
It is suitable for covering all kinds of high and mid-grade cars.
Substrate
Application to the surface coating of the parts that have been sprayed with one-component (1K) base paint.
Mixing Ratio
6 series clear coat (100 parts) : 6 series hardener (50 parts) : supporting thinner (10-15 parts). When used, it should be mixed evenly. The spraying viscosity is 15~17 seconds ( coating-4 cups, 25℃), the use time limit is 4h/25℃.
Spraying Requirement
Use a caliber of 1.4~1.6mm airbrush, working pressure of 3~4 bar, spraying 2~3 channels, film thickness of 40~60um, each interval of 10~20 minutes, and standing 20~30 minutes after baking.
Drying Method And Time
Normal temperature 25℃/24 hours, baking 60℃~70℃/45-60 minutes.
Notes
The hardener and thinner (standard-drying, fast-drying, slow-drying) can be used in conjunction with different construction temperatures and environment during construction. In order to ensure the spraying effect, the clear coat and hardener must be thoroughly mixed. Please use a series of products, better after spraying.
