Description
These kinds of machinery parts, such as Flanges, Shafts, Bushings, Connectors, Clamps, Pedestals, Sibai made very much in the past over 10 years. They are used mainly in the fields of hydraulic and pneumatic, Conveyor system, etc.
We did many different Aluminium and stainless parts very successfully and smoothly. There's not much failure experience.
In most cases, the steel parts seems easy, but during fabrication, there are a lot to pay attention.
For example, when we consider the tolerance, we must consider the surface treatment thickness as well. We must leave enough allowance for the surface.
If a steel part needs heattreatment, like over HRC 60, we must consider whether the material is good enough to avoid crack.
If a steel part doesn't need zinc plated, we must put them into anti-rust oil. But in this case, the packing and delivery, we must pay attention, to avoid possible problems.
The common steel material we did a lot are 42CrMo4, 16MnCr5, C45, St37, St52 12L14 ...
