Description
Sibai Precision has more than 10 years experience and good technology in producing various kinds of precision parts. We made a lot of plastic CNC machining parts. Most of them are used for medical devices. The parts require very high precision.
Among them, we did a series of PTFE (Teflon) parts. The machining was very fine. And there's no any scratches, no burrs and no scraps on the surface. The customer was very satisfied with our processing.
We also did several times of the large Lexan ( PC ) panel, used as frame and panel for electronic products. After CNC machining, we did green powder coating on the surface, and then made laser marking the keyboard on the surface. This order we also did very successfully.
No matter simple, or complicated geometric parts, no matter single or multiple processings and finishings, we can do it well.
And the most popular plastic mechanical parts are from POM. We did a lot POM parts. The color can be black, white, blue etc.
What's more, in order to meet customers' requirements, we can also provide plastic extrusion / profile, and plastic injection parts. The extrusion moulds and injection moulds we can offer too.
