Description
Our factory has a lot of experience of stainless thread nuts. In the past years, we did decades of different thread nuts. The orders come to us year by year. Every time, each item has the quantity from 5 - 20 thousands. The material are mainly SS 304, SS 316 or SS 316L (German1.4301, 1.4401 and 1.4404). The parts on the pictures are typical thread nuts and pipe fittings. Though their structure looks simple, the processes on the thread needs the professional technology.
For most of the thread parts, we can purchase thread Gauge from market easily. But in order to meet customer's inspection standard, sometimes we simply ask our customer to provide us the thread gauges. Then there won't be deviations on the thread inspection.
When we purchase the material, we also pay attention to the size of the hexigonal bars. If the size SW of the hexigonal bars is out of tolerance range, we will reject the material.
The stainless steel is very hard to cut. But based on our long experience, we can control the stable thread and other diameters correct, for batch production, and every batch of productions. We also do the deburr well. The parts we produced have no scratches nor burrs on the surface.
