Custom Aluminium and Zinc die casting frames, housings and Handles

Not only CNC machining, but Sibai can also provide die casting, Aluminium die casting, and Zinc (Zamak) die casting.
In the past 10 years, we did hundreds of different die casting parts for our customers. Some parts need CNC machining afterwards, some need not. The surface can be very fine. And the measurements are in the drawings requirements.
The regular services we do includes machining, deburring, surface treatment. The parts are generally heatsinks, frames, housings, handles, like in the pictures, used for different industries, such as lighting, electronic products, remote control, medical instruments, etc.
For small parts, we can make the moulds with 2 cavities, 4 cavities, or 8 cavities, ect. It depends on the customer's purchasing quantities. If the parts have large quantities, we will make more cavities. In this way, though mould costs expensive, but the part unit price can be less.
Therefore, when we offer the mould price, and unit price, we think about the total quantities. Different quantities, we may offer different prices.
Sometimes, a pair of similar parts can share the mould frames, such as left and right parts. They have the same structure, but only the middle is opposite. If it is possible to share the mould frames, we will do that. Then it can save mould costs a lot.
