Formaldehyde-free color-fix agent EAG
Description:
this product is mainly used for the color-fixing of the reactive dyes and direct dyes. it could enhance the fastness to dry/wet rubbing, washing, staining and is formaldehyde-free and meet environmental standards.
Properties:
yellowish brown transparent liquid, cationic, ph 5.0~6.0, soluble in water.
Usage:
1.for dip dyeing process: dosage 1~3% (o.w.f), 45~50℃ * 20~30 min. to promote the absorption, add the product into the auxiliary dye vat for dilution and then slowly add the dilution into the main dye vat, which would take 20 min. 2.for pad dyeing process: dosage 5~20 g/l. 3.removal method: first confirm that the softener has been completely removed, use the dispersal fixer-remover ef-tr 2g/l 95℃ * 20~30 min, cold rinse one time.
