The product consists of left side, right side, cover, and camera housing. The material of them is aluminum 6061-t6,the N.W in total is 0.62kgs.

The basic dimensions of the square housing is 53.98*53.98*53.98mm with the wall thickness of 6.35mm.the key points of the whole product is the tolerance fit, the holes’ (smooth holes and the thread holes) positions, and the MINI thread holes 8* M2.5-6.35 precise function, at the same time the out surface is elaborated treated by sand blasting+ clear anodization+ laser marking.

All the parts were developed successfully by engineer Zhou with his team in 35 days; the products are for our USA client with regular order quantity of 200 pieces per month.
