operation sequence

1.Visual  inspection to check part sharp edges ,cracks and burrs.

2. Use the pass gauge to detect the corresponding size.

3. Open the clamp and flip mechanism to place the product on the body.

4. Adjust the product so that it is in good contact with zero stickers A1, A2, A3, C.

5. Close the quick clip to complete product positioning.

6. Use P1~P3 pin to detect the corresponding hole position or contour.

7. Use the gap gauge to detect the corresponding color point product profile.

8.Use a flush gauge to detect the side of the product.

9.Recording results on the inspection sheet.

10.Open the clamp and flip mechanism, then remove the product.
