Material Parameter

 ◪ 1.All the steel pipes used are high-frequency welded pipes, and all the components are made of Q235, which conforms to GB700-8.

 ◪2.The tube-to-tube connection and the connection between the tube and the connector may use a butt weld or a full circumferential fillet weld.

  3.All butt-welded joints shall be welded through a cut-out, and such welds shall not be specifically graded as Class III.

  4.The non-injected girth welds are fillet welds with a weld foot of not less than 4mm and all exposed seams have a sealing plate.

  5.Special said bolts are galvanized ordinary large hex head bolts, in line with GB5780-86; nuts in line with GB41-86. Manual welding using E43X electrode.

  6.The membrane fabric is made of PVC membrane material (PVDF coating on the surface). The material of the steel wire rope conforms to the universal wire rope standard "GB/T8918-1996". This project is a ramie wire rope with a nominal tensile strength of 1570 MPa and the surface is galvanized.
