YT-910 Silicone Sealant for Ceramic & Concrete (New Packaging)

1.Characteristics:

YT910 is a one-component neutral curing silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to all type marble,granite and cement, purposely designed for weather sealing in all type stone  glazing and stone curtain wall joints. Yt910 without inert low-molecular-weight components for the special formulation cannot pollute the porous materials,which overcomes the disadvantages of common sealant and adhesive.YT910 is extruded from tube with sealant gun when used,and it absorbs the moisture in the air,then cures to elastomer capable of maintaining a seal effectively.

2.Gulde to Product Application:
. Before application, all the relevant materials must be tested to determine compatibility and adhesive strength.
. To ensure the sealed product has good adhesive strength, the substrate surface must be clean and dry. No water, dust and oil dirt are allowed to be on the surface, and the surface temperature should not exceed 50℃;
. Use non-shedding white cotton cloth and clean solvent such as toluene or acetone for cleaning of substrate surface. Then proceed with application within one hour to avoid second pollution of the substrate surface;
. After the joint is full of glue solution, the glue solution should be compressed toward the joint with a scraper so as to fill the joint completely, leaving no gaps and to strengthen adhesive strength;
. The surfaces adjacent to the application surface must be covered with masking tape so as to facilitate the subsequent cleaning work and for a neat appearance.

3.Points for Attention:
. This product shall not be used as structural glue in the application of structural bonding;
. Not suitable for use on the surface of construction materials, from which grease, plasticizing agent and other liquid organic substances can sweat.
. For plastic-containing construction materials such as unfoldable-edge aluminium-plastic panels and plastic-steel materials compatibility test and adhesion test must be done to determine the suitability of this product prior to use.
. When used in stone projects, additional test for determination of its pollution performance must be done apart from the compatibility and adhesion tests. Application can only begin when the above-said three performances (namely pollution, compatibility and adhesion performance) are qualified.

4.Storage:
. Store in dry and cool place below +30℃(+90°F).
. Use within 10 months from date of production.
