YT-937 Neutral Electronic Glass Silicone Sealant for Cleanroom

1.Characteristics:

With one-component,neutral solidifying and low content of low molecular weight of silicones,YT937 Electronic Glass Silicone Sealant is specially designed for super-clean  indoor  sealing of Electronic and Semiconductor Industries.

2.Purpose:
. Adhesion and sealing for super clean room in electronic, semiconductor and high precise instrument manufacturing industries.
. Gap sealing of filter at the passage in the pure clean room.
. Indoor sealing of the workshops of hard disk manufacturing industry.
. Indoor peripheral sealing of biological clean room of hospitals.

3.Storage Life:
. The storage life is 10 months in cool and dry place under 27 ℃.

4.Package:
. 310mL plastic tube package (Net capacity: 300mL)

5.Restriction of Usage:
. Not suitable for adhesion of silicone sealant structure.
. Not suitable for the surface of materials that may exude oil and fat,plasticizer or solvent.
. Not suitable for closed places because silicon sealant should absorb the moisture in the air for solidification.  
. Not suitable for frosting or wet surface.
. Not suitable for continuous water soaking places or places that are wet all the year round.
. Construction should not be carried out in case the surface temperature of the materials is under 4℃ or over 40℃.
