Is there a difference between 110V and 220V ptc heating film?

The ptc heating chip is a device with a positive temperature coefficient, and its resistance value will increase significantly with increasing temperature.

If a 220V heating chip is used on 110, the resistance increase is relatively small, and the current will be relatively large, but the heat generation may not necessarily increase much.
