Custom CNC Big Aluminium Body part

The picture-shown big Aluminium body and body cover we have made in recent 2 years. The size is 516 x 170 x 106 mm and 516 x 170 x 13 mm. It is a very big body part. It is used for big laser machine.
Our biggest machine is CNC machiningcenter Jirfine V-11, the workbench 1200 x 600 mm. We also have 6 Jirfine V-8 machines, the workbench 900 x 450 mm. They are all big machines, which can work out the big parts.
The big body part, Sibai work out exactly according to the drawing and 3D. There are many small thread holes inside. The position tolerance and measurement tolerance must be controlled well. We also made laser marking, customer’s LOGO on the body. The surface we made sandblasted and natural anodyzed. The whole part looks very beautiful and advanced. Customer is very satisfied with our quality.
The blue body cover, we make blue anodyzed. The color we did according to RAL 5019. The whole surface is flawless. The color is even on the whole surface.
Besides the big body part, we also did a lot of other peripheral components for this customer, such as the square body, the long brass plate, the Alunium plate.
The square body is smaller. The size is 104.5 x 102 x 36 mm. The other plates are also big, 415 x 161 x 8 mm, and 289 x 102 x 16 mm. We did all of them successfully.
