The square part is a housing part for sensor. The size is 14 x 14 x 14 mm. It is a difficult one, because it is small and hollow inside. But our technique team has the experience of over 10 years. We made it successfully at one stroke.
The other one is a pressure nozzle. It looks not difficult. But customer said it has been failed several times from other suppliers, because the conical degree is not easy to control. There were a lot of failure experience on the conical degree. But we also did this part successfully at one stroke.
These kind of sensor small part, we don’t do at large quantities, but from 10 pcs to 50 pcs each order. Customer often place an order with 3 -5 items at one time. We deliver generally in 3 weeks.
The material is TC4, which is a Titanium alloy. The material is not popular material. But we can source. The other special material we supplied are like Inconel 625, NS 312 we can also provide.
For such orders, we provide customer material reports, inspection reports and surface thickness reports, which are easy for customers to check the parts.
