Sibai Precision is skilled in turning and milling big stainless and steel mechanical parts. We did a lot of such mechanical parts, for the driving, motoring, gear and automation fields.
The picture shown part is a steel big part. It is used as a motor bearing cover, in automation system. The material is 1.0503 (C45). The size is Ø150 x 41.5 mm. The part is large but very precise. The general tolerance is DIN ISO 2768-mH. The smallest tolerance on the drawing is H6, that is, +0.000 - + 0.016 mm.
Generally the drawings we get from customers are in German language. But we can read German. It won’t be a language problem for us. Many DIN standards, such as for tolerance, for edge, for surface roughness , we can understand well.
