Customized dimensions epoxy resin sheet
Epoxy sheet, also named epoxy glass fiber sheet, has excellent mechanical properties under moderated temperature. It also performs well with stable electrical properties in moist and high temperature environment. With stand-out heat resistance and moist retardance, epoxy sheet could be applied as insulation accessory parts to pcb sheet, choke, inductor coil, machinery, electric appliance and so on. The thermal class of epoxy sheet is Class F, which equals to 155℃ and the flamability standard reaches to 94V-0.
There are several colors of epoxy sheet. Light green sheet is usually used in computers, electronic exchangers, communication products, office automation equipment, industrial automation and instrumentation and so on. Its well flatness and quality stability enables it to meet the requirements of surface mounting and substrate sheet packaging. Yellow sheet is applied in digital display, electronic signposts, baseboards of electronic signs and insulation components with special requirements. Black sheet is used in optical instruments, cameras or anti static insulation projects to anti static and prevent from fire.

APPLICATIONS
1. Spacer for choke and inductor coil
The epoxy glass fiber sheet serves as an insulation spacer for the upper choke.
The common mode inductance is divided into high voltage AC mode and output DC mode. The voltage between the two copper wires determines whether to use the spacer. If the lead string is added and the casing voltage is not high enough, the spacer shall not be added. But considering the consistency, it is more appropriate to have an insulation spacer in bulk production.
2. Baseboard for Transformer Bobbin
The functions of transformer’s bobbin are as follows:
(1)To provide enough space for twining copper wires
(2)To fix the magnetic core of the transformer
(3)To support wires twining of the transformer by its wire channels
(4)To serve as a conductive component after it is soldered with tin and connected to PCB sheet
(5)To decide the direction of the transformer by its chamfer.
