The aerospace automatic welding machine is one of the most advanced resistance welding machines developed from the 19th century in the resistance welding field. The working principle is firstly the three-phase 380V alternating current increased from the frequency 50/60HZ to the 1000HZ-5000HZ by the IF transformer rectification and filtering, and then rectified by the inverter and a high-power rectifier diode to become a stable DC power supply for the welding electrode.

Advantages of IFDC spot welding machine:

1. The welding time is as short as 0.2ms-1ms; the welding accuracy is as high as 0.2ms-1ms; the welding heat affected zone is small; welding deformation is small; welding spatter can be effectively controlled; and a stable high-standard welding nugget can be obtained.

2. Balanced three-phase input; small impact on the grid network pressure; high power factor can obtain more than 90% of the power value; less loss. Because the energy concentration of the IF inverter spot welding machine is concentrated, welding spatter is rarely generated under the influence of the clustering effect, and the service life of the electrode is improved by more than 5 times.
