The operating principle of capacitor energy storage spot welding machine:
The electric energy is charged into the capacitor cabinet through the charging transformer. After finishing charging, the welding signal is started. All the energy of the capacitor is instantaneously discharged to the secondary winding from the primary winding of the welding transformer, generating a high pulse current to input welding part and soldered by the resistance heat generated by the current flowing through the welding part.
