How to use: 
Step 1: Pull the steel pole to straight, move down folding rod bushing to keep the 2 parts of rod steady and in a straight line;

Step 2: Wheel up the support frame;

Step 3: Contrarotate the reset button to the end, the counter reset to zero;

Step 4: Put the bottom of roulette at the starting position, holding the handle part and move forward till to the end point, then read the counter.
