Custom High Precision Alloy Steel Small Gears

The gears in the pictures we made every year. The material is from 16MnCr5. The surface is blackened (brüniert). These gears we follow the standards, DIN 867 and DIN 332. The tolerance we follow ISO DIN 7168-m. The size is Ø45 x 58 mm.
Gear is one of the medium in mechanical transmission. It has large power, high efficiency, accurate transmission ratio, long work life, and reliable safety. Therefore, the steel physical performance must be solid, and the processing must be precise.
