YT Acrylic Silicone Sealant for Aluminum,Brick,Concrete

1.Purpose:
This is a strong,flexible filler suitable for both interior and exterior usage.It provides a durable adhesive silicone sealant for aluminum,brick,ceramic tiles,concrete,glass,plasterboard,wood and painted surfaces.Having a finished surface that if fully paintable.

2.Limitations
. Not suitable for joints where movement can be excessive.
. Not suitable for damp areas.

3.Recommendations
. Recommended temperature range at time of application is 5℃~40℃.
. Use masking tape on each side of joints to protect surfaces and ensure a neat job.

4.Direction
. Ensure all surfaces are clean,dry,free from dust and grease.
. Cut cartridge seal.Cut nozzle at 45℃ angle to desired bead thickness.Screw nozzle onto cartridge&place cartridge into caulking gun.
. Apply silicone sealant in a continuous steady flow while pushing head of nozzle.
. Smooth off any excess filing with wet putty knife or damp cloth.
. Remove masking tape before skin dries and protect area form water for up to 4hours after application.
. Filler becomes touch dry in approximately 30mins under normal weather conditions and has a paintable surface after 2 hours of application.

5.Clean Up
. Remove any excess sealant immediately with damp cloth.

6.Storage
. Do not store below 0℃.

7.First Aid
. If skin contact occurs,remove contact clothing and wash skin thoroughly for minimum of 15 minutes.If poisoning occurs,contact a doctor or poisons into center.
